Technical support
Technical support is available to dealers only. Email is the preferred contact method, but telephone calls are accepted. All support calls require the model and serial number of the product. If the questions are software related, the following information is also required.
1) Windows operating system. (98,2000,XP, etc)
2) Software version of product. (Click on help, then about, in the program)
3) If the problem involves email, supply the version number of Outlook.(2000, 2002, 2003, etc)
4) Software and firmware updates take care of about 50% of all the questions received. Please check the manufacturer's web sites for the latest versions. We also send notifications when new updates are available to dealers who purchase from us.
5) If the trouble is Mac related, please email your issue, as we will have to contact the manufacturer.
